"CH" is not a valid Scrabble word in US & Canada Scrabble dictionaries (NWL/Merriam Webster). But "CH" is valid in other regions including UK, Australia and New Zealand (Collins). In fact, International Scrabble (i.e. Collins) has 20 extra 2 letter words, in addition to the 107 in Scrabble US/Canada dictionary.
